When will my deposit show up in my Payova account?

Overview

Payova deposits follow a next-business-day processing schedule based on when your transaction is completed. Timing depends on whether your transaction occurs before or after the daily cutoff.


Daily Cutoff Time

4:00 PM CST

  • Transactions completed before 4:00 PM CST are processed the next business morning.

  • Transactions completed after 4:00 PM CST follow the next business day’s schedule.

Standard Deposit Timing

  • Timing: Next business morning (based on cutoff).

  • Fee: Included in your transaction fee.

  • Best for: Regular payment cycles and standard liquidity planning.

Weekend & Late-Week Timing

Monday before 4PM CST→ Tuesday morning
Monday after 4PM CST → Wednesday morning

Friday before 4PM CST → Monday morning
Friday after 4PM CST → Tuesday morning

Saturday CST → Tuesday morning
Sunday CST → Tuesday morning

Deposits do not process on weekends.

Bank Holidays

Deposits are only processed on U.S. banking business days.
If a federal banking holiday occurs, deposits will resume the following business day.

Once initiated, transfers may be irreversible depending on settlement status and banking partner rules. Payova may require additional verification, place holds, or escalate cases in line with anti-fraud, AML, and regulatory standards.
